  • Majority of this role requires stock management/ replenishment to WA/Victoria and NSW facilities over 9 grades of bulk and packaged lubricants/ finished product (average storage capacity of 100kl per tank) this is driven by 2 month forecast within SAP (salesforce), to coordinate and ensure stock does not fall below minimum safety stock levels, role is very SAP reliant (to which I have over 10 years experience with SAP system)
  • It is my responsibility to lead weekly meetings with the production and blending team to discuss and plan demand for the following week's bulk lubricant requirements,coordinating b double/Isotainer rail/shipping scheduling with carriers loadings ex Lytton terminal to service plant/customer demand
  • Project lead Carrier load maximization , generating in excess of $150,000 +GST P.A
  • Project lead Tabula Rasa IBV Future state and tracking project, alternative tracking system created from GPS system adopted by Caltex generating $138,000 + GST saving to Caltex
  • Coordinate cross dock operations supervising warehouse to coordinate pack lubes Lytton to Adelaide, Victoria, NSW, and Brisbane Metro deliveries
  • Supervise and coordinate bulk oil requirements for Caltex commercial, marine and mining customers, role includes liaising with contract carriers,production team and Caltex business managers to ensure customer demands and requirements are met within a timely and safe manner

  • Supervise and co-ordinate bulk transfers of product ex BP and Caltex refineries and Shore officering ship discharges product receipt, including tank gauging, product sampling, and quality control checks, demand planning forecasting sales vs terminal throughput to ensure stock levels are at adequate safety stock levels between stock allocation from overseas suppliers (Idemitsu) which on occasion will result in certain petroleum products to go on allocation (limited supply figures allocated to stakeholders) until replenishment
  • Co-ordinate, supervise and unload Bio Diesel and Ethanol products within the terminal, tank to tank transfers
  • Qualified gas tester, Safe Work Permitting trained for all permitting on site, General, Hot work,confined space, working at heights, shore officer trained key role to The Emergency Response programme within Neumann Petroleum actively participate in mock emergency exercises, test emergency fire pump system on a weekly basis
