  • Assist Asset Planning Coordinator in developing of detailed plans and associated scopes of works across Signalling, Track and Structures disciplines.
  • Assemble schedules, utilising the prioritised integrated plans and working as part of the Planning team to ensure resources and activities are co-ordinated to maximise utilisation of Track Possessions / Outages taken.
  • Monitor and report on schedule effectiveness and performance and manage feedback processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Deliver maintenance schedules and provide reporting on plan versus actuals to Asset Planning Coordinator.
  • Manage information in SAP PM for all asset management activities and equipment. Collaborate with Senior Asset Planners, Asset Planning Coordinators and Operational Coordinators to ensure maintenance schedules are executed and achieved meeting any compliance requirements.
  • Assist with gathering information to enable detailed analysis of actual work against expenditure and enable production of budget estimates.
