Working on the construction of the new Tweed Valley Hospital project at Kingscliff. Here I completed the tasks required as a Mechanical Plumber to install the industrial air conditioning system to service the hospital. Tasks included installing all the required pipework and components necessary for the task. Some of these tasks included measuring,cutting drilling working from construction plans,working in a team and also independently. I was required to braze copper and mig and tig weld various size stainless and mild steel pipework and supports throughout this project.

Short-term time-sensitive project upgrading the Air-conditioning system in the functioning K-Mart store from a refrigeration to a chilled water and cooling tower system. Large sized copper pipe was used along with all hanging supports and associated valves and components required.

June 2020-Jan 2021

I was on the HOTA Project (Home of the Arts) at Bundall QLD which included Carbon steel and copper chilled and Heating hot water with all relevant components, Also split system A/C's in data rooms.

Jan 2021-April 2021

I was on the QCC cooling tower upgrade project in South Brisbane which included multiple Stainless Steel tig welding joints on large pipe up to 450mm onsite and pre fabricated in the workshop.

• Over the 8 years at Jansen Industries I experienced all aspects of Mechanical Plumbing including reading plans,setting out/planning,Bracketing eg clips,rod and uni strut, Brazing copper/Brass in various sizes from small through to large size pipe.
• Pre fabrication of mild steel and stainless steel pipe from site plans and workshop drawings with the use of mig and tig welding processes on a huge variety of sizes,pipe components and fittings from small sizes right through to large scale diameter 700mm stainless.
• I also attain a trade certificate 3 in Refrigeration and A/C completed during my time at Jansens which has Included work on split system a/c's and also crac units for the cooling of data rooms on commercial jobs.
• My current role also consists of.
• Referring to plans and inspecting structures to assess material and equipment needs to plan installation.
• Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe, using hand or power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, grinders, pipe-threading machines, or pipe- bending machines.
• Assemble pipe fittings, using couplings/clamps, for example the Victaulic system
• Worked in small and large scale workforce's as a part of a team to complete the job promptly and competently.
• Have worked on various jobs ranging from various high rises, Workshop pre fabrication at Meadowbrook (logan) Byron Bay Hospital,Lismore Hospital and most recently currently on the Star Casino new Tower upgrade on the Gold Coast.

• Worked alongside carpenters on high end renovations through out London and central England.

• Performed various woodworking processes to complete high end projects with the requirement of high end detail and precission
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
• Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
• Install structures or fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, using carpenters' hand and power tools.
