Career Overview

Early in my career I managed small sales teams and manufacturing sites. Seeking career progression I began studying and moved into business development roles and strategic management. On completion of my MBA, I broadened my experience in an operations management role which included manufacturing, scheduling, logistics, quality and safety. Recently I have managed large sized business with multiple sites, reporting lines, local and remote staff at national or general management levels. I enjoy learning my employers products, processes and reviewing where i can add influence or value to enhance both internal and external customer experience.
