DAMIEN TURNER

During my traineeship I was included in the development and restoration of community gardens and infrastructure. Duties and tasks included using various heavy equipment such as a Jack hammer, Bench saw, Circular Saw and other power/hand tools. I learned how to work in accordance to project development plans and perform tasks delegated throughout a team environment.

While working in these industries, I was able to gain experience in various Civil construction roles. I was apart of projects which included planning and constructing retaining walls, , pools and public spaces. I was taught how to use steel fixings and fabrications in accordance with building safety regulations while also working within a deadline.
