After gaining my qualification as a chef at the Noosa Sheraton in 1999 I travelled Australia working in various styles of kitchens. In 2008 I commenced employment at the Noosa Yacht and Rowing club as a Chef and soon after took on the role of Head chef. During my time at the club I also gained experience on the floor and in the bar.
I took great pride and found a lot of fulfilment in training staff, particularly my apprentices.
