I have to deliver weekly house assemblies, where I prepare & present motivational talks to 100+ students, additionally, I help coordinate fundraising events (e.g. annual Push-Up Challenge), raising over $3,000 for school charities. Finally, I oversee logistics for inter-house competitions and community outreach Collaborate with house master and staff to plan house-wide initiatives. I believe in my leadership this year, we have created a positive, results driven, cohesive, and empathetic atmosphere in the house, which has seen our average participation at events increase from 85% last year to over 97% this year.
