Revizto was released in 2011 and is leveraged by over 2,000 firms across 30 countries, including 20 of the top 25 ENR firms andis one of the fastest-growing collaboration platforms for the civil market. The focus of my role as Senior Global Account Manager continued to be on assisting the worlds largest mining companies tomake the best decisions on how to optimise geoscience workflows and how to collaborate globally to deliver efficiencies on aglobal scale. I also orchestrated the sales approach of our commercial teams across Europe, North America and South Americafor my portfolio of accounts, to ensure Bentley customers receive the best customer experience Bentleys international brand canprovide.


Building and maintaining relationships with technical, commercial and executive staff, and speaking in terms of their needsand drivers was vital in this role. Managing a portfolio worth tens of millions of dollars in ARR, and achieving 12-20% growtheach year meant that I was constantly focused on delivering tailored solutions, optimizing customer satisfaction, and identifyingnew business opportunities. In this role, I was responsible for engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to drive the successfulupselling and cross-selling of Seequent technologies across global mining operations. This included working closely with keyinternal teams such as Product Owners, the VP of Technology, the EVP of Mining, various Product Managers, and Commercial Managers to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals. Externally, I collaborated with procurement teams, software endusers,
senior management, and legal teams from some of the largest and most complex mining companies globally.


Managing a portfolio worth tens of millions annually, which included three strategic global accounts, required navigating a complex sales environment with numerous variables, each requiring careful attention and strategy. I worked to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring that Seequent’s technologies were seamlessly integrated into their operations.


The role also involved regular travel to global conferences and client offices, where I would engage directly with clients and stakeholders to further understand their needs, tailor solutions, and drive results. The dynamic nature of the role, alongside its global reach required a strategic approach and orchestration of our global sales team. I had a sales team of 7 reporting to me from 4 continents, and managed extended sales cycles, ensuring the best outcomes for both the clients and Seequent.
