As a Site supervisor I undertake planned and reactive tyre changes/maintenance on a range of mobile mining equipment. Providing a high level of service to our client on site by supporting the operations of the workshop, office, stock and personnel, ensuring the contracted scope of work is performed and maintained to a high standard. My duties include:

• Performing routine inspections and assessing wheel components to remain in service; entering data into Otracom
• Maintaining pressures and quality in accordance to site specifications
• Upholding our commitment to providing an excellent level of service to our clients
• Prioritising and directing personnel to perform tyre fitting and workshop maintenance tasks in the most efficient, safe and cost-effective manner
• Maintaining a safe and efficient workforce by providing constructive and positive feedback as well as provide initiatives for increased safety and performance
• Demonstrating a high level of supervision to ensure all safety systems are present
• Leading by example to ensure all personnel comply with site and company policies, procedures, instructions and Golden Rules
• Actively promoting a safety culture across site operations that targets zero harm to personnel and the environment

In my role as a Driller's Offsider I am responsible for, collecting and mapping samples for further testing by geologists, I am also required to set-up, operate and maintain rigs and secondary equipment, Induct new staff / visitors on rigs and secondary equiptment, read maps and navigate via GPS, clear and set up drill sites, abide and conform to all procedures/JHA's/Permits . I have worked in Exploration on Air core, Reverse circulation and Diamond core rigs, giving me a broad understanding of drilling operations.

In my position as a sales executive I am the key point of contact between my organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering technical advice and introducing new products. My duties include: organising sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products, establishing new business, reporting on market conditions, managing a portfolio of 400+ accounts totalling $6 million in gross sales, sales forecasting, goal setting and performance reporting for all accounts. My biggest achievement in this role was being named runner up national sales professional of the year in 2015.

In my role as an assistant store manager I was tasked with the duties of supervising employees, working with customers, helping to carry out the directives of the manager and greater business group. It was also my responsibility to ensure that the store personnel provided exceptional customer service. Some of my more specific day to day tasks included: offering technical advice, processing orders, inward goods, warehousing, colour matching, stock module/profile adjustments, stock-take, end of day banking, liaising with other departments and sales representatives.

In my position as a sales team leader I was responsible for a small team of Direct selling executives. My role was to guide my team in the marketing and selling of sports based products/services directly to consumers. My duties in this role included, one-on-one demonstrations of products and services, customer service, marketing strategy design, training and development of the staff in my team, running in house sales meetings and planning sessions, recruiting, money handling, stock inventories, time management and planning.

In my position as a Roof plumber I conducted works involving: the covering and flashing of roof structures, designing and constructing drainage systems that collect or dispose of storm water, and the connection of storm water pipes to rain water tanks. I also specialized in complex mm perfect feature wall systems and have experience with specialty substrates such as Bondor, Everbright and Lexan. Some of my other day to day tasks included: liaising with architects, builders and other trades, existing roof repair/maintenance, accurately estimating time and materials costs for projects.

In my role at Fleetwood I worked as a trade assistant for a group of carpenters in the construction of portable mine site buildings. My day to day duties included: Requisitioning of new supplies and equipment, monitoring of inventory and reported items to be restocked for each job, prepared and cleaned construction sites by removing debris, loading and unloading of building materials, operating a forklift, general construction works.

 

In my time at APAC Carrier I started out as a Store hand. Some of my duties included: Stacking and storing of pallets, inward/outward goods, stocktaking, cleaning and maintaining the warehouse in compliance with OH&S safety standards, Operating a forklift, Picking and packing of orders. I then moved into spray painting where I was required to operate airless and conventional spray machines. The coatings that I would spray ranged from decorative 1 pack finishes through to protective 2 pack systems.

In my role as a sales assistant at the Bridgetown supermarket some of my duties included: Cleaning, stocking and organizing of overstocks area, responding to customer questions, maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, money handling, stocktake duties.
