  • Ensure high standards of customer service across all venues.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of functions, events, and group bookings, ensuring seamless delivery.

  • Ensure all venues comply with food safety regulations, liquor licensing laws, and workplace health and safety standards.

  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in multi-outlet F&B management, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and operational planning abilities.
  • Experience managing functions and events of varying sizes.
  • Knowledge of ski resort operations is a plus.
