- Manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L for all outlets and function spaces.
- Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
- Guest Experience & Event Coordination
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all venues.
- Oversee the planning and execution of functions, events, and group bookings, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Work closely with marketing and events teams to promote F&B offerings and seasonal activations.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all venues comply with food safety regulations, liquor licensing laws, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in multi-outlet F&B management, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and operational planning abilities.
- Experience managing functions and events of varying sizes.
- Knowledge of ski resort operations is a plus.
