Since joining Western Health in 2015 as an entry-level registered nurse, I have steadily progressed to my current role as Acting ANUM. Throughout my journey, I have remained dedicated to upholding the high standards of care that our organization is renowned for. By earning a post-graduate certificate and becoming a clinical nurse specialist, I have deepened my clinical knowledge and leadership skills.


As Acting ANUM, I take pride in leading my team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve positive outcomes. My passion lies in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care while empowering our nursing staff to thrive.
