I have been training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for three and half years. I am a Blue belt under head instructor Professor George Garley of Guardians Gym. Jiu-jitsu is a beautiful sport and it exceeds far beyond what we tie around our waist. For me its a philosophy that shapes the way I work, live and relate to others. It's given to me far more than i could ask for and is truly a special martial art that teaches respect, discipline, patience and perseverance.
I am one of the kids coaches at Guardians Gym alongside my brother. I have also been invited to visit schools along with my coach and brother to teach Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and grappling concepts as part of self defence programs.
