  • Company Overview: House of Pocket is an umbrella company that has owned multiple small cocktail bars across Sydney and the Central Coast.
  • I have worked for Crooked Tailor, Button Bar and Stitch Bar where my job required me to be an all-rounder. This included being a cocktail bartender, floor staff and prepping food. Worked as a 2IC which involved working alongside the bar manager to manage rosters, manage and track levels of our inventory, delegate staff, collaborations with other cocktail bars in the CBD, suppliers and etc.
  • Worked alongside a tight knit, small team of 5-10 people in each bar, we were tasked with innovating new cocktails weekly while making sure our signature drinks were served consistently without any compromise in taste and presentation.
