Throughout my career as a Commissioned Military Officer, I have been privileged to exercise leadership and management of multi-skilled, diverse teams across a wide range of business functions, both domestically and internationally. The majority of my military experience has involved working under significant pressure to meet deadlines in challenging and dynamic environments whilst required to maintain the highest degree of attention, care, and professionalism. I have been afforded the opportunity to perform roles in Human Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Financial Management, Security, Safety and Risk management, which has enabled me to deliver projects and implement solutions to complex scenarios, whilst appropriately managing personnel, equipment, risk and cultural sensitivities.
