As an operator for Rstar I have
- Mark up, install and grout 8 and 10m Megabolts as per support plans and grouting procedures as per site and manufacturer standards and procedures.
- Offside and operate VLID 1000 Drill rigs, including coring procedures, exploratory and compliance drill patterns, site setup/packdown and relocation procedures. Install/maintain CH4 drainage pipework throughout the underground drainage network. Positive communication with oncoming crews and coordinators on current progress of drill site and gear required for upcoming shifts.
- Assist in shotfiring procedures for drivehead installations, install primary and secondary support as per relevant support plans. Excavate and concrete preparation and pour concrete for drivehead and LTU installation. Full drivehead install from Jib to fixed end as per site and manufacturer standards.
- Install 4 and 6 inch service pipework throughout mine.
- Carry out panel belt moves in a timely fashion to minimise downtime form roadway prep, structure install and boot end line and leveling.
- Install VCD's to a high standard compliant to procedures.
As a Supervisor on the weekend nightshift civils crew I
- Attend SOS briefing sessions with Deputies and Undermanager to confirm job status and workscope for shift, inspections required, confirm all procedures current to allocated tasks.
- Communicate workscope with crew and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Ensure compliance to site safety tools, SLAMS, MATES and the use of JSEA where required
- Work under minimal supervision whilst maintaining a high standard of work with no injuries.
- Positive communication with oncoming shift in regards to gear required and any problems faced or upcoming in the workscope.
I am proficient in the use of handheld roof and rib bolters including BBD and airleg. Ticketed in use of PJB's, Eimco LHD's and XAM multiwarns.

- I understand and enforce a strong compliance to using fit for purpose and properly maintained equipment via the STO operator checks and Mechanical and Electrical 103 inspections to ensure a minimal risk to crewmates and the wider mine production targets
