  • A Dogman/Riggers role is one of the most important in the mobile crane industry my duties included but are not limited to:
  • Attaining new clients along side with maintaining and further establishing customer relations.
  • Professionalism and safety on every job and task required. going above and beyond for the clients.
  • Full control of the operations of the crane including all the responsibility if an accident occurs.
  • Selection of correct rigging requirements for equipment based on job specifications and environmental conditions.
  • Worked at heights and in confined spaces without difficulty.
  • Rigging and lifting various items all around the Queensland region, from in ground swimming pools to million dollar forklifts, and various industrial components whilst always maintaining all personells saftey.

  • With many opportunities presented to myself I was offered a position in Access Control under the title Access control officer, Duties included data entry of personnel entering high risk areas, all access to site cards, control of entry and exit gates as well as many other admin related duties
  • Employed by Integral my role now consists of completing many various tasks on-site including traffic control, Dogging, Rigging, Confined space sentry work, and other tasks as requested
  • I completed all my industry training within the company.

  • Customer service has always been my calling, this role was very enjoyable to make new connections and meet new people. Learning all the delicious menu items by tasting them was by far my favourite part of this role.
  • My role here is acting as the FOH supervisor, However when obtaining full time work at Cadia Mine this role became my weekend work.

  • Unfortunately with Covid-19 beginning to unfold and being on a retainer I had to make the decision to move to a new company.

  • Beginning as a cellar door hand, my responsibilities consisted of tasting experiences, wine club dispatch and general upkeep of the cellar door
  • Following this Rowlee has hosted several weddings and functions, my role has now diversified into a Function management position
  • My position has many tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all events held provide professional and exemplary experiences for our guests
  • Liaising with the bride and groom/ event organisers regarding packages and venue hire to best suit their needs.

At such a young age this was a great learning experience and the beginning of my professional career in customer service.
  • Some of the experiences i was lucky to have made available to me were, but not limited to, extensive wine and cocktail training over the employment period
  • This being a high paced high-pressure environment also allowed me to improve my skills in the hospitality industry
  • The Greenhouse received an excellent response from both local and traveling guests
  • I fulfilled this role whilst managing around 30 staff members.

  • Completed my Traineeship through a NSW based training facility 'Motors Traders Association' working at a dealership with 7 brands this role at such a young age was a challenge however with excellent leadership and an drive to succeed I completed my traineeship within a year.
  • My duties included several roles such as Answering and directing calls, parts delivery, direct supply to local mechanics and quotations, ordering and invoicing of high priority insurance repairs within the central-western region
  • Once qualified I was equipped with an exceptionally organised and articulate approach in both day to day operations
  • Also, large stock orders for the parts department and Internal departments off the company as required. Working with the sales team to inherent the client was number one.
