- Improving Workplace Efficiencies - Created a detailed stock and equipment ordering item spreadsheet, which although time consuming to create, improved efficiencies and alleviates stress and time being wasted when trying to correctly order items with the in house software system
- Introducing new equipment – Employed a new piece of equipment that was considered impractical and oversized, but necessary to complete the role
- Adapted standard operating procedures to manage the equipment, and integrate it into service
