  • Reporting to the Group COO with responsibility for the delivery of all nbn & wireless programs, encompassing large-scale design & construction programs
  • In the past 2-years I have planned and implemented multi-skilled delivery teams peaking at +150 staff and over 600 active resources performing field services across multiple locations
  • Tandem was a large-scale workforce & deployment supplier to the telecommunications, media and insurance sector
