At Immanuel College in year 9, a community project can be completed throughout the year. My goal was to create a "Street Library" filled with loanable books for the children of my local community (Kidman Park, City of Charles sturt) so that they can have the opportunity to grow up with many valuable resources even if they are unfortunate. It was accessible throughout the term 3 holidays. One the project was over, the books were handed out to children on my street.
