Daniel Kennedy

This job required expertise in all aspects of growing cotton, including planting, irrigating, monitoring, watering. In my 4 months working on this farm I advanced from casual worker to an irrigation supervisor. This meant I was supervising 3-4 casual employees each day and is an example of leadership skills.

This job included physical labouring which required me to work in a team under strict instructions on projects with timely requirements. the work involved a variety of different skills within this field.
