• Advised clients on design modifications that would improve functionality or reduce costs and coordinate accepted proposals with the relevant consultant for approval
• Developing construction programs
• Resolving installation inefficiencies to reduce project lags and promote on-time deliverables.
• Leading and mentoring site staff
• Risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Monitored progress against established goals, adjusting schedules and resources to regain any lost time
