After 12 successful years in the retail landscape, I am seeking a full-time executive role to further my career and skillset. I have a wealth of experience in the retail industry and have a history of achieving great results in a number of different roles. I pride myself on my passion, drive, commitment, and the culture that I build within a team. I have the ability to create and grow key stakeholder relationships and this coupled with 10 years of leadership experience will continue to set me up for success in whichever role I transition into.
My current role is that of Store Manager of the Burwood store, This role sees me running the day to day of a department store with 10 direct reports along with a team of 300 team members. I am responsible for delivering our key KPIs across sales, service (NPS), customer loyalty, profitability, engagement and stockloss, reporting directly into regional and general managers weekly on these results. Here my experience of internal and external stakeholder management flourishes and allows me to create outcomes to positively grow the store
