I am responsible for delivering our key KPIs across sales, service (NPS), customer loyalty, profitability, engagement and stockloss, reporting directly into regional and general managers weekly on these results. Here my experience of internal and external stakeholder management flourishes and allows me to create outcomes to positively grow the store
