I was first employed by Road Management Solutions in June of 2008 at the age of 16. My position was a warehouse operator, but also included graphic design. I held this position for 7 months before going back to complete my year 11 schooling., I began work for Chris Jones Roof Tiling in January 2010. My role consisted heavily of being able to work in a team environment and gave me knowledge of the importance of planning and organisation., Shortly after ceasing work as a roof tiler, I found employment as a sign writer for Summerhill Signs. My role relied on my in-depth use of software and technology skills. I held this position for a short while before finding a job in retail., I began employment at Food works in April of 2011, my position was registering attendant, but varied between that, stock taking, self-filling, filling orders and produce. I was required to handle money, use a till, unload stock using appropriate machinery and help with any customer enquiries. I have a very in-depth knowledge of OH+S standards, risk management and hazard control., Shortly after I ceased employment at Food works, I gained employment with Andersons Removals in July of 2012, this position required interstate travelling and physically demanding work, I left this job in June of 2013 as I had enrolled to begin university full time., After completing my Diploma of Audio Engineering, I was offered work at Steve Barrett Carpentry, I used the knowledge of construction I learned whilst roof tiling, to complete tasks as a Carpenter; and also gaining new skills., In February of 2017 I gained a highly sought after position at Muscle Coach Supplements in Blackburn, where I learned valuable experience in the sports nutrition industry. I dedicated myself to being the best salesperson I could be and was studying in my spare time when I wasn’t working., Months later, I begun employment at the Commercial Hotel in Broadford, as a bar tender and bottle shop attendant. My duties included a lot of manual labour with lifting heavy pallets and organising stock. When working behind the bar I had to possess a sound knowledge of different alcohols and RSA standards., I voluntarily began recording music whilst at university, to gain invaluable experience. I was responsible for recording, editing and mixing music by local bands. I assisted in improving tracks and recorded music to the best possible standard., Whilst undertaking my Certificate in Fitness, I found myself being constantly approached by various individuals whilst in the gym requesting to be trained by myself. I began taking on clients in November of 2016, voluntarily. I pride myself on customer satisfaction and helping my clients reach their goals. I keep track of their progress and offer supplement and diet advice., Mid 2019 I moved back to Gippsland to be closer to family. I took my coaching to another level by offering fully customised training and nutrition programs tailored to the individual and their goals. I offered weekly check ins and adjustments depending on how their body was reacting. I continue this to current date., Mid 2020 I gained part time employment at That Supps Store in Traralgon as a salesperson. I offer supplementation advice based on the individuals needs/goals. I am required to know what each supplement does and answer any questions the customer has. I work mainly independently but also as part of a team. I hold this position to current date. In early 2022 I was made manager of the store and then turned into running the business and eventually owning the business., May 2023, I gained full time employment at Elite Supplements in Eastland as a store manager. I essentially do the same type of work as my previous role but at a higher paced environment., During my time at elite supplements, I was able to increase the stores revenue by $10k in the first month and another $15k in the second month. These numbers have held steady and continue to grow. I have also taken on more responsibilities like networking, setting up meetings and controlling stock/store financial decisions.
