Daniel Martin

As a Section Commander in RAINF my duties were as follows:

• Lead a section of 8-10 members in an operational, field and barracks environment
• Lead all aspects of training on a weekly basis
• Lead PT sessions daily
• Enforce discipline throughout my section
• Monitor the welfare of all members
• Assist soldiers with all administration requirements

My Duties as an Infantryman were as follows:

• Be a professional in all weapons systems used
• Take responsibility for my own level of physical fitness
• Assist commanders with all levels of planning as needed
• Show the values of a good soldier each and everyday

• Worked well with teammates and accepted coaching from management team.
• Collaborated with team members to complete orders.
• Provided excellent customer service by greeting customers and meeting quality expectations.
• Kept food preparation area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary.
• Assisted other team members to achieve goals.
• Trained new team members on procedures, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Prepared products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures.
• Prepared multiple orders simultaneously during peak periods with high accuracy rate, maximizing customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
