Butcher Skills

Fast, neat working, clean as you go. I put a lot of effort when necessary into presentation, as a butcher that is what I feel is key. Knowledgeable on how to cook and am well versed in the knowledge of meat relative products. Customers always first is my focus, that is what my motto has been so far in my career, I always try to be first to the counter/phone to show that care, to the customers and my colleagues. Well organised and always looking for something to do while working. Well versed and knowledgeable on OH&S practices. Can break beef to the standards of nsw tafe. quick to learn new methods. Good listener, and doesn't give up trying new things. Can adapt to any work environment to meet expectations and always strive to exceed. I would say my speciality that I've found so far is working out the front on trays, trying new marketing ideas and presentation. however also making sausages and being involved in every process so i'm in the knowledge of the workings of my environment ensuring i'm a team player.
