Daniel McSherry

During my time with KPMG I worked under their KMS department on a specialized project. This entailed reviewing and accessing data from legal documents coming in from Ulster Bank. For scope, personally i would have done work on hundreds of customer connections during my time in KPMG. In my specific role I was responsible for reviewing documents coming in, making sure all details were as per information given on the data base, processing information onto new databases and storing documents. Communication was also a very important part of my role and throughout my time in KPMG I was in constant contact with higher ups throughout the banking sector in Dublin

• During my time at Nourish, I was responsible for stock management, merchandising and customer service, developing knowledge of all products and services to be able to provide excellent and accurate customer service.

• As a Sales Assistant in Dunnes stores, I was responsible for replenishing stock throughout all sections of the store, keeping the shop faced off and tidy, maintaining the stockroom and keeping it clean, advising customers of the location of goods and supplying very good customer service when needed.

• My responsibilities at Woodies DIY were very customer-driven responsibilities. I was responsible for providing excellent customer service, stock management, store design and phone support.

• Among my responsibilities at Dunnes Stores were keeping the shop floor clean and in order, restocking and facing off the stock, organising the storeroom, advising customers on stock location and taking phone call queries.

• Responsibilities during my time at Charlesland Golf club were taking bookings for customers, ordering and checking stock, tidying the shop floor and restocking the shop, managing the driving range and showcasing products in the shop

• During my time at Halpenny Golf Stores, I was responsible for receiving incoming orders to the store, accounting for inventory and organising stock, scanning clothing prices, and tidying the shop floor restocking the shop.

• My responsibilities during this work experience were building landscape product displays for showcase throughout the centre, operating the point of sales register, advising customers on stock location and replenishing stock.
