  • Implemented an organisation-wide transition to a customer-focused sales model that directly led to an increase in sales conversion and attachment.
  • Drive daily operations, HR, marketing, and culture-building initiatives to grow the customer base, improve retention and close sales.
  • Led a project to design and implement a new incentive program that aligned sales behaviours with company objectives around conversion, revenue and margin.
  • Designed and implemented a program to shift product sales behaviours that led to an increase in margin of over 7.8%. This program directly increased GP by over $1.5m over two years.
  • Led a project to overhaul the companies mission, vision and values that increased team buy in and alignment.

  • In FY13/14 TLS Wanneroo also won top store, performance to target for the Central West (WA/SA/NT) region for Telstra Country Wide.

Volunteer Work

President & Committee Member: Roues Chaudes Cycling Club


RCCC is a member of AusCycling. AusCycling is the national organisation representing all forms of cycling: competitive, recreational and transport. It is a member of the UCI and the IOC.

As a club RCCC is committed to being more than just a place to get a license to race. It's objective is to help grow the sport of road cycling in WA and to bring our members together in both the competitive and social arenas. We run a calendar of racing over the summer period and have a particular focus on equity of gender opportunity in competitive cycling. Wherever possible, if we run a men's grade we will also run a the equivalent women's grade.

I was president of the club for twelve years and still serve on the committee. I was made a life member in 2022.


Chairman: CycleSport WA


CycleSport WA was the peak body representing road and track cyclists in WA. It was affiliated to Cycling Australia and the UCI.

As a board our objective was to grow the sport of competitive road and track cycling in Western Australia, provide services to our member clubs and guide the strategic direction of the organisation. We had a particular focus on growing women's participation in competitive cycling.


I was Chair for five years from 2014 to 2019.
