    I have been working since I was 15 and have been in full time work at Casabene for 4 years Over this time I have built and expanded on a wide variaty of skills These include being a hard worker and taking on every job and new challenge I am given Often times I have a daily plan at work and a set amount of jobs, and throughout the day that will change and I will be faced with having to train people as well as take on new jobs that I was not expecting I have always strived to do my best and have a very motivated attitude that means I am not satisfied until the job is comleted to the high standards that I hold myself to

    My standards reach to every aspect of my job, always being on time, always giving and accepting advice and paying attention to details of my work and everyone's opinion

    I have built so many relationships with not just the people I teach, but the people I learn off, the customers that feel comfortable to talk to me about exactly how they want things done, and the other people on job sites who know they can always call me for help

    I have always had an amazing work life balance and strive to keep my motivation in my life at home as well as my life at work

    I work hard, not because it is my job, I work hard because I care about the people I work for
