I have obtained many different qualifications through the army. Varying from large wheel-based vehicles and tracked armoured vehicle licenses. Telecommunication qualifications and Unmanned aircraft launch and recovery operator. I gained a lot of driving experience in the army; I was driving heavy goods vehicles (HGV) by the age of 18 and was deployed on exercises in the UK and Abroad. I was deployed as a safety vehicle driver for 4 months in Canada following a live firing exercise clearing air space for our exercising troops to fly the Unmanned aircraft safely. I was required to traverse adverse terrain to keep up with the armoured battle groups in 4x4 Chevrolet, Speed and route selection were paramount to being successful. I completed my Unmanned aircraft launch and recovery training out in California, we trained out there as it familiarized us with working in low air density environment which made it harder to launch the aircraft plus it was similar to environments where the army were/could be deployed with current affairs at the time. Since leaving the army I have only improved my driving skills further, delivering pallets and emptying waste tanks across North Wales.

I have a passion to travel the world and to meet new people sharing different experiences and cultures. I have already been fortunate enough to travel to a few countries, however eager to explore the world and take on many new adventures and challenges in the upcoming years. I love to photograph my journeys I embark on. Last year I did a 4 month trip travelling around South East Asia which gave me the bug to go again having very recently got back from my trip to Central/South America which was cut short due to the outbreak of Covid-19. It went from the beaches and Mayan ruins of Mexico to the mountains of Peru. Which I hit my PB of highest mountain walked which was Rainbow mountain (5200m). I am a loyal Newcastle United football club fan and follow them week in week out. Despite living a fair distance away from the stadium, I try to go there as much as possible and support them but more so on away trips. They’ve been through a couple of rough patches the last few years, but I will continue to support them until they thrive in success again. I attend the gym regularly to keep myself physically fit to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Me and my old football team mates meet up from time to time to play football together.
