With over 100 clients in my portfolio most of which requiring monthly visits for reporting, hygiene checks and stock ordering, this role has fine tuned my time management abilities and also my customer relationship skills.

Duties Include:

• Hygiene swabbing and reporting

• Servicing & growing all account Customers
• Actively searching for new business opportunities
• Preparing monthly & yearly reports
• Installation & servicing of chemical dispensing equipment
• Monthly service reports in Aged Care & Hospitals

I’ve been able to grow my managerial skills in this roll and developed strong relationships with customers which is paramount in business.

This role enabled me develop my leadership skills and showcase my organisational and layout skills which I’d been developing in previous jobs. I was able to reconfigure much of the layout of the warehouse including positioning new racks and bays to optimise both space and efficiency when picking orders.

• Supervising warehouse staff (4-5 personnel)
• Customer Service (phone and face to face)
• Order Entry/Picking/Packing
• Receiving Freight
• Despatch of freight/organising transport to all over Australia
• Counter Sales (money handling)
