• Supervised and coordinated the team members to provide guidance and support to maximize performance.
• Communicated with customers and required to assist them as much as possible.

• Trained employees in customer service, performance requirements and food safety.
• Observed crew members during the shift to provide feedback and guidance.
• Set positive example for team members by providing high-quality, efficient service.
