The function of Assistant Program Manager is to provide Program Management assistance to the Senior Program Manager for the Defence Estate Works Program (EWP) as part of the National Program Services (NPS) Team. Day to Day activities include;
· Program management of approximately 250 projects per annum with a capital works value circa $200 million per annum.
· Allocation of new projects to the PDS and EMOS.
· Project approvals and governance.
· Stakeholder consultation for development and delivery of the EWP.
· Responding to queries within Defence higher management.
· Deconflicting other Defence Programs with the Estate Works Program.
· Communications & reporting.
· Risk management.
· Governance management.
The core function of a Project Coordinator is to provide administrative support for the PDS Project Services team.
The role includes
• Provide project financial support for the project team including.
- Assist with preparation of project forecast revenue (Project Agreement Forms.
- Assist with requesting Purchase Orders (Request for Purchase Order)
- Assist with requesting Invoices (Invoice Request Forms).
• Provide guidance and training to new team members on business processes and operations.
• Assist with preparation of fee proposals and client presentations.
• Support PMs and SPMs with the delivery of projects.

Responsibilities and daily tasks of a Senior Scheduler within the Trades Services department at Cushman & Wakefield:
· Daily scheduling for ADG/IVE Group account
· Consistent liaising between clients, internal stake holders and third-party vendors
· Manage Team Inbox
· Management of work orders and applicable KPIs
· Preparation of quotes
· Processing invoices
· Financial outgoings
· Management and maintenance of SharePoint both internal and client related
· Building and maintaining professional relationships with third party vendors
· Managing third party vendor performance
· Working with internal trades daily – including liaising with State schedulers, State leads and all technicians
· Daily morning innovative meetings with team members and management, brainstorm, and build.

Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Experience Nationally the Workplace/Office Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of workplace operations. This includes:
· Manage, coordinate, create and facilitate Knowledge hub directory (SharePoint) AUS/NZ.
· Manage meeting room delegations; and priority scheduling for the Management team and staff.
· Implement effective record management through database systems and filling, now maintained daily.
· Implement, Coordinate and Chair projects and programs within the department.
· Drive and Coordinate functions; fundraisers and events onsite for Cushman & Wakefield.
· Contributing to the planning, developing and implementation of Operations Centre projects and initiatives.
· Provide full facilities and maintenance support to designated properties Nationally.
· Coordinate/ delegate/ job allocations between contractors and clients.
· Lead facilities contact for national client portfolio: Australia Post, Victoria Prisons, GPNSW, Royal Woman’s Hospital, Caltex, Australian Red Cross Blood, Bupa, TWE and BHP.
· Ensuring jobs are completed to OH&S Standards nationally while adhering delegations to financial year budgets and KPI’s.
· Manage, drive & excel in sales nationally within the Industrial & Safety industry.
