
During my school season I work for 4 years in one of the biggest company in Italy where I could gait a loot experience ,(Maccarese s.p.a), whit almost four thousand dairy cow and tree undred land area for the farming of wealth ,mais, barley and soy whit feed the cow.
My goal it's to reach more experience here in Australia and to remain here for ever.
I worked in a little dairy farm of Frisona cow in West Australia for the extraction of the milk from 4 am to 9 am and during the afternoon from 3 pm to 8 pm and in the while I also make the pre and post dipping.
I also used the motorbike to gather the pack and take it to the extraction milk room.
After taked the beekeper certification, I worked for 2 years in a company for the production of honey wax and propolis.
During the summer, I worked for the honey extraction and the elaboration in the principally laboratory centre, and during the winter, I checked the queen bee and all the farmacy to prevent the deses like Varroa.
Everyday I started from 7 am to 6 pm to harvest the olive. I was checking when was the best moment for start to harvest ( when the olive was in the varaison).
I also I drove the quad with the trailer to take them to the mill to make oil.
I have also the certifications for the oil testing.
I had worked in the harvesting in a vineyard normally I stared at 5 am to 4 pm.
I also help during the winter for the pruning of the vineyard normally I made the guyot system to help the growing of the vineyard.
Every days I worked in the milking machine for the extraction of milk. I made the first extraction during the morning normally at 4 am to 8 am and the second during the afternoon from 3 pm to 7 pm. The typical cow whit I worked it was the black pied Friesian and I also halp the farmer whit the calving.
-I have been in UK where I took by EF student certificationwhit the following result: Speaking C1, Writhing B2, Listening B2 and Reading B2.
