Daniella Katelas

I am a recent high school graduate looking to enter a professional workplace following 3 years of employment at a fast paced retail environment.

During my time at East Maitland McDonald's I have been trained in multiple areas as a result of my eagerness to learn and senior experience as a crew member, and I look forward to bringing that same drive to any new position, so that I may become a valuable staff member.

I was initially recruited as a McCafé Barista, for which I received a Barista Licence, and have now expanded my work experience to; attending to customers and taking orders in both Drive-Thru and Front Counter, assembling and handling food, completing orders within time frames, and have the ability of handling both cash and electronic transactions.

In my 3 year experience, I have mediated customer issues in a calm, professional manner and have also displayed team work by assisting my fellow crew members in completing tasks to successfully meet customer needs.

My working availabilities include;
