  • CAYPINS stands for ‘Children and Young Persons Infringement Notice Systems'.The process involves Public Transport Infringements that have surpassed the initial departments legislative process and as the matter was unresolved and/or unpaid they are listed with the Children's Court for enforcement.
  • Provide administration support on behalf of Public Transport Regulatory Operations, the Children and Young Persons Infringement Notice System (CAYPINS) process in the Children's Court of Victoria
  • Generate Juvenile and CAYPINS run, and provide documents to the Children's Court for registering
  • Process all CAYPINS court briefs and documentation within statutory timeframes
  • Liaise with court registrars, solicitors and be the first point of contact for client legal enquiries Maintain accurate and up to date electronic and hard copy records/data for all actions delivered within the Prosecutions Liaison processes
  • Coordinate witness statements and/or Witness Summons's for all scheduled and authorized court matters.
