Prisoner intake: Facilitate prisoner intake by verifying documentation and identity through provided paperwork, if they have not been in the facility prior, using a questionnaire to be uploaded into the system for future reference.
Prisoner releases: Ensuring all paperwork is correct, and approval from Sentence Calculation and Warrant Administration (SCWA) has been received. Releases include sentence lapses, bails, parole, and deportations.
Working with the prison's offender services team to ensure prisoners are leaving the facility safely and with all information required.
Coordinate the transfers of prisoners to other facilities with the correct documentation.
Maintaining records of required prisoners for physical court or tele-court, and updating files with court outcomes.
Liaising with stakeholders on a daily basis, which includes SCWA, the custody management division, G4S transport, the courts, etc.
Provide information and assistance on inquiries as needed.
Update daily tasks on PIMS and E-Justice, while conducting weekly audits of files. .
Any other tasks, as directed by the supervisor or team leader.

Itemising and recording the new reception's property.
