Summary

I have eight years of retail experience at Kmart, where I worked my way up from Team Member to Operations Manager and most recently Department Manager. Over the years I’ve built strong skills in leading teams, keeping operations running smoothly, managing busy workloads, and staying calm under pressure. I enjoy working with people, solving problems on the spot, and creating a positive experience for customers and staff.

Becoming a mum of two young kids has strengthened my organisation, time-management and ability to juggle a lot at once. After spending almost a decade in retail, I am excited to take on a new challenge in a role that fits better with family life, where I can bring my experience, reliability and people-first approach. I’m hardworking, adaptable and genuinely enjoy contributing to a team.
