Working closely with the Maintenance Managers, Operations Managers, Supervisors, HSE Advisors, Fitters and Auditors supplying compliance/maintenance records for audit, mobilizing and incident purposes.
Completing monthly audits for our heavy vehicle assets and accredited drivers for our end-of-year submission to the Main Roads Accreditation Auditor.
Set up new asset numbers and asset records into our PLODS & Safety Culture systems, this also includes photos of the asset, setting the new vehicles up for site compliance, loading all compliancy documents against the asset folder.
Attending DOT licensing center for asset licensing tasks.
Liaising with our suppliers to ensure compliance paperwork is always submitted with their invoices, so both compliance and maintenance records are kept up to date in our system.
Running monthly inspections due reports and then issued out to all Rigs to ensure they capture what assets are due or overdue for safety and compliancy inspections. If any assets are overdue, the Rig's Supervisors will then liaise back with the Maintenance team to book in Fitters or third-party Technicians to complete the compliancy jobs and submit paperwork.
Maintain the maintenance inbox daily, capturing all queries, invoices, compliancy paperwork, maintenance sheets for importing from all Rigs & Fitters.
Tracking assets on Trackd regards IVMS notifications, Water-in-Fuel alarm notifications, Loss of signal to our assets, answering any queries and liaising with Fleetware or our Fitters about asset locations or issues with tracking/safety equipment.
