While being on the MixFM and SeaFm Promotional Team, I have been able to understand the value of communication to each individual, as well as:

• Enhanced brand awareness by effectively engaging with customers and providing detailed product information.
• Increased event attendance through proactive promotion of company products and services.
• Ensured a positive brand experience for customers through exceptional communication skills and professional demeanour.

Through my experience, I have gained a deep appreciation for the value of effective communication and acquired the following skills:

• Ability to interact with children of all ages and parents, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and included in the festivities
• Demonstrating respect, friendliness, and a willingness to assist wherever needed, creating a positive, enthusiastic, and welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.

These skills can also be applied to various other professional environments where effective communication and strong interpersonal relationships are essential.
