I am a passionate Early Childhood Educator who advocates for nature-based play, open-ended environments, and inclusive practices. I believe in a calm, collaborative approach with children and fellow Educators alike. Despite my experience in the management area of ECE, I am passionate about teaching.
Currently I have completed 70% of my degree in Early Childhood Education and hold a grade point average of 6.33.

· Oversee the operation of the farm, including planning and handling business administration.
· Negotiate / renegotiate new term loans and agreements
· Aid in physical farm work such as moving livestock, assisting in lamb marking, harvest and sowing, checking troughs, etc
· Maintaining accurate financial records on spreadsheets and MYOB
· Assisting the Accountant with preparation for the BAS
· Issuing invoices and receipts to debtors
· Producing balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents as needed
· Reporting to the partnership – irregularities, over spending, budgeting, etc.
. Working at a number of sites to manage and reorganise staff, re establish a quality program and build engagement with the service.
. Complying with the National Education and Care Services and NSW Regulations
· Organisation of staff professional development and communication processes
· Building relationships and communicating with stakeholders
· Implementing and maintaining programs, systems and operational processes for the successful operation of the service
· Implementing the My Time, Our Place Framework into our program and leading pedagogy
· Planning for, and participation in, the school holiday program. This includes multiple excursions as well.
- Building relationships with external resources (eg Speech therapists, child psychologists, occupational therapists)
· Preparation and organisation of functions
· Promotional activities such as attending festivals, advertising, promoting and membership
· Cash handling / reconciliation of cash floats
· Knowledge of all systems, tito, TAB, Keno, etc
- Ability to maintain a positive organisational culture, grounded in collaborative leadership, empowering, and promoting agency and initiative amongst the team
- A working understanding of the Regulations, ECA’s Code of Ethics, NQS, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
- Focus on inclusion, catering for children with additional needs, and Indigenous perspectives in particular
- Ability to lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of the EYLF and pedagogy
- Interested in supporting other staff, mentoring, coaching, as well as learning from the team
