Permanent postponed education , premature - enrolment in first class of elementary school with corresponding program of elementary and secondary education for pupils with developmental disabilities, conducting prescribed protocols and issuing of certificates based on this protocols, following the situation in the pre - school education and training in elementary and secondary education and suggesting the corresponding measures, collecting data for the execution of information and other professional material concerning this activity, ensuring implementation of children enrolment plan in first class of elementary school, undertaking measures against parents of pupils who do not perform their duties on a regular basis, cooperation with school authorities as well as the medical and social institutions when settling the issues concerning the education and schooling of children with developmental disabilities, solving the issues concerning the use of the business premises in the institutions related to these activities.
