- Customer Services - Providing outstanding customer service by greeting each customer, providing in-depth product knowledge and additional advice to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Efficiently taking customer orders correctly and processing payments including cash handling and electronic processing.
- Food Preparation and Handling Skills ensuring all food is prepared and stored correctly in accordance with Food Health and Safety Regulations.
- Stock Control - ensuring all stock levels are maintained and food stored correctly.
- Working within a team environment and assisting other staff and management to complete daily tasks.
- Cleaning Duties to ensure all areas of the Restaurant are clean including all table tops chairs, counters, windows, doors and restrooms.
