● Provide spiritual leadership to ministry apprentices to run

programs where youth feel connected and grow in their faith.

• Supported team by demonstrating respect and willingness to help.

● Develop ministry apprentices to run outreach programs to reach

more youth.

• The leadership of the organisation and the partner churches is

supported.

● Lead two Pais team’s of youth ministry apprentices under the

direction of the Generations Pastor and Pais Directorship.

Responsible to ensure adequate Pastoral Care is provided for each

apprentice. This would include:

● Regular visits with teams of apprentices to guide them in prayer and reflection.

● Connecting and Identifying when apprentices require further

professional care and supporting this process with youth pastor and

Pais Directorship

• Promoted independence and positive wellbeing when working with vulnerable adults and children.
• Used assessment findings to action necessary care plan adaptations.
• Led group support initiatives to increase service user's social skills and confidence.

• Organised inclusive sporting activities, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
• Built positive relationships with send students by working with compassion and empathy.
• Encouraged participation and engagement in planned activities.

• Supported young people in realising aspirations and potential through personal mentoring.

• Managed and administered medications and minor first aid treatments, prioritising child safety and wellbeing.
• Arranged for entertainment and games to provide downtime between learning activities.
• Maintained records of children's daily activities, meals and medications administered.
