With a keen interest in construction and the successful delivery of projects. After completing a Bachelor of Construction Management at Victoria University I commenced employment at Manresa Constructions as a Site Management Cadet. This role offered me great experience and exposure on site during construction, Which included being involved in various construction stages. As grateful as I was for this opportunity, my interests and long term goal is to move into a structured pathway to becoming a project manager or construction manager. I believe my experience as a site management cadet and working alongside the site manager on a daily bases, has given me a good foundation to move forward with in a project management cadetship or construction management cadet position.
