Throughout the last 3 years i have learnt all the necessary skills to confidently run a small business, Deal with clients, Deal with different trades, Deal with different suppliers for different products and deliver a product that meets standards as well as servicing the needs and wants for the client. This has lead me to be confident in the work I provide as well as developing clear communication between clients and other trades.

• On site framing cut in for walls and roof framing.
• Reading frame and truss plans/ Layout sheets and assembling frames in correspondence.
• Instillation of flooring bearers and joists in an efficient way while meeting the standards.
• Construction of form work and steel cages/ mesh as well as completing the concrete poor and finishing.
• Instillation of aluminum, timber and PVC windows and doors into new and existing frames.
• Instillation of timber, fibre cement and metal sheet cladding.
• Instillation of plasterboard wall and ceiling sheets as well as villa board and fibre cement sheeting to specifications.
• Laying Hardwood, engineered floorboards and clip lock style flooring system.
• Construction of hardwood, softwood external stair and balustrades to within regulations.
• Reading site plans for structural steel and framing components and completing site layouts.
• Ability to work within a team and delegate tasks for apprentices, laborers and other trades.
• Ability to work out quantities for numerous materials for jobs while making sure everything is within regulations.
• Ability to use most Construction tools either for demolition or site layouts safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work safely and maintain a hazard free worksite.
