Through the position of 'Tour Guide,' I strive consistently to respectfully and comprehensively represent the 'Canberra Girls Grammar School' institution by hosting potential applicants around the campus. I am responsible for exemplifying the opportunities available at the school, expectations, campus orientation and being a representation of the institution. I am trusted in the persuasion of applicants and representation of academic excellence.

Through this program, I have grown into a confident speaker who can represent and communicate effectively. I strive in my role to always:

• Build personal relationships with guests to promote positive experiences.
• Communicate professionally with potential families, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Adapt to unexpected schedule changes by being flexible and adjusting itineraries to keep tours moving smoothly.
• Provide information on various sites throughout area, relaying little-known stories to provide interest.
• Participate in community events representing company effectively promoting our services potential clients visitors alike.

After completing my community coaching course, I have been coaching and managing younger children sporting events. I strive to always create a fun environment promoting growth and accomplishment, without implying stress or negativity to my students. By utilising concise training plans and creating a collaborative environment, I have learned how to create a supportive atmosphere and promote continual engagement. By doing so, I have been able to expand on my communication skills, leaderships skills, social skills and organisational skills. Working with stakeholders of families, students, other couches and the broader program.
