DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform and participate in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities of the plant equipment, Gas Turbines, Compressors, and Pumps. Attend toolbox meeting to establish scope of work activities such as safety requirements permit to work, special to materials. Operate, repair and perform functional testing of tackle and lifting equipment, to the recognized standard.Comply with all company health, safety and environment as well as work Permit, Policies and procedures. Troubleshoot, identify and Isolate faulty components, on Rotating, Gas Turbine and Comp equipment, using P&ID's, manufacturer's manuals, drawings and diagrams. Identify spare parts required for maintenance work, from manufacturer's drawings and spare parts list. Perform shutdown maintenance repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment's, including Gas turbine, Compressors & Pumps. Participate in condition monitoring checks on machinery, and notify immediate supervisor .Observe operation of all equipment during routine activities for abnormalities, and reportany defects to relevant supervisor. Able to work in a team environment or independently. Strong communication abilities, able to clearly explain procedures and methods Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities. Solved mechanical and technical problems independently and with others.Enthusiastic self- starter enjoy a challenging work environment. Also involved in Commissioning and start activity.
