Dear Employer My name is Dario Filipovic, I am 29 years of age residing in Aintree VIC. I am an Australian Citizen with a Croatian background. As an upcoming young supervisor wanting to become manager, I strive to be the best i can in any workplace. I take health & safety very serious as my number 1 priority. I am very good at working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines. I am young and social which means I am very easy-going and can build excellent relationships with both workers and customers which results in more positive work outcomes. One of my major skills is being able to deliver work and tasks despite strict deadlines, setback, or any issues that may arise in the workplace. I am very good at motivating the team and ensuring KPI's are met without having to upset anyone or push anyone. I like to lead by example by also jumping in and getting my hands dirty with the team when required. I am highly regarded as a Supervisor by my team and have excellent relations with all my employees, i have a high employee retention level that i am proud of.
