Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role involves responsibility for the following areas:
• Management of sponsorship for sourcing race day and special event sponsors.
• Neighbourhood and community liaison including complaint resolution and mediating disputes.
• Undertake customer research to ensure members ship offering is current, meets stakeholder’s expectations and maximizes the customer experience.
• Managing the internet and all social media campaigns.
• Advertising and promotional activities through press, radio, TV and e-marketing.
• Developing the communication strategy across a broad range of stakeholders including, staff, members, Directors, horse owners and trainers.
• Monthly monitoring of budgets and annual planning.
