  • Strategic Planning - led Rawlinson Primary School (RPS) through three iterations of the strategic planning cycle using collaborative whole staff and community consultation processes.
  • Successfully led RPS through two Public School Reviews, both receiving three year review periods and positive feedback from the panel commending us for the collaborative, informed and strategic directions the school was taking.
  • Received high praise through Principal Performance Review for the leadership that was being demonstrated at RPS.
  • Rewrote BMIS policy, implementing and embedding PBS as the back bone to this policy so that expectations were clearly understood by students, staff and the community.
  • Researched and incorporated new educational trends and instructional strategies to optimize education effectiveness by promoting Curriculum Leaders who engaged with The Centre of Excellence, promoting the Science of Reading and explicit teaching which resulted in academic achievement in NAPLAN greater than 'like schools' and equal to or greater than Western Australian State School averages.
